Established in 2019, GF Ventures LP is aggregating and developing opportunities in real estate, hospitality, and botanical industries.  The company is leading the transition from conventional real estate development to sustainable design and construction that is harmonious with the environment.  


The hospitality element will focus on wellness, nutrition, and cultural integration offerings for the discriminating domestic and international traveler.  The target markets include, but are not limited to, Mexican, Canadian, U.S., and European travelers (pleasure and business), second home and retirement home buyers. Multiple commercial and residential developments are selectively positioned throughout Mexico. There is a natural synergy with the various developments with the production of botanical goods to create additional revenue streams. The company will develop an organic botanical farm and production facility in Huatulco, Oaxaca and others.

BIULU is a Residential Real Estate development in Huatulco, Oaxaca by GF Ventures LP.

Initial developments in this area include Biulu Condos, Biulu Residences, and just a short distance south of Huatulco, will be the beachfront development of Biulu Village - a boutique hotel, villas, and condos. 


All developments will focus on environmental impact, sustainability, and will employ eco-friendly designs and building materials.
