Served as lead architect in a non-profit effort to build innovative low-income housing for earthquake victims. Developing suite of real estate projects in southern Mexico.



Michele Luccirelli 


Founder and executive of multiple businesses. Over 20 years of experience in the Interior Design industry, both residential and commercial spaces. Licensed real estate professional in Texas. Founder of multiple private businesses. Business experience includes multi-faceted roles in the domestic and international energy sector with Dresser Rand, NOV, and the government of Oman.  Years of involvement and experience in the equine industry with focus on the hunter / jumper market.



Mary Jones


Mrs. Jones has over 25 years of experience as Energy Industry professional and degreed Mechanical Engineer - Oil & Gas drilling and completions, LNG, Alternative Fuels, Fuel exports, and Electricity sectors. Served as Director of Marketing & PR for multiple Retail Electricity Providers and Non-profit organizations. Tenure with Fortune 500 companies, Baker Hughes and Schlumberger, and small privately held entities with expertise in the areas of Strategic Planning and Implementation, Business Process Optimization and Process Improvement, Global Project Management, Supply Chain, Emerging Technologies, Marketing & Communications, Technical Writing, and Design for Manufacturability. Served on multiple Non-profit Boards of Directors with focus on Marketing, Public & Media Relations, Charity Outreach, Event Management, Operations, Grant Writing, and Fundraising. Founder of Jones + Partners LLC.



Lorena Alvarado Morales


Since 2013, Ms. Alvarado has been a member of doTERRA International, a global company with a vision to make a positive impact through innovative Co-impact Sourcing guidelines. This strategy enables the company to launch long-term, mutually beneficial supplier partnerships that creates stronger local economies in more than 41 countries. Member of doTERRA´s Founders Club in Mexico, an organization of more than 20,000 customers and distributors committed to providing families and communities with tools to become healthier, self-reliant, and economically empowered.   Participant in Co-impact expeditions to Nepal and Guatemala to experience efforts supporting marginalized workers and small-scale producers in developing countries, managed by organizations like Mentors International, Choice Humanitarian, Days for Girls, among others. She is been speaker at national and international events about health and wellness practices, sustainable actions linked to food production and the importance of environmental regenerative practices. Participant in three projects focused on regeneration of water basins, healing the land, and empowering communities with best practices to become financially independent and self-reliant. She has a Bachelor´s Degree in Gastronomy from the Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana. Ana Lorena Garay


Professional focus and expertise with 7 years experience with downstream energy initiatives weighted in the natural gas sector for domestic and international companies.   Successfully developed projects for the emerging natural gas vehicle market in Mexico which involved research, infrastructure development, marketing, commercialization, complementary business development, customer service and Import/Export of commodities.

Timothy Nash


Mr. Nash has over 30 years of experience in the trading, terminal, and transportation sectors of the light hydrocarbon industry.   He currently serves as an industry consultant to Sinokor LNG.   Managed British Gas Group's trading-related LNG transportation and freight activities, and later lead the start-up of Dynagas. Served in an advisory capacity to Sakhalin Energy and to the Angelicoussis-Kanellakis tanker and LNG tanker businesses managed the post-bankruptcy sale of Enron’s LNG and LPG. Began career with Exxon, working in the shipping and terminals division, and later in positions of commercial activity.  Mr. Nash holds an MBA from Rice University, where he has also served as an adjunct professor in the energy markets. Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, where he also received his commission in the U.S.N.R. Member of S.N.A.M.E. and elected member of the U.K.’s Nautical Institute.



Todd Peterson

 


Over 35 years of experience across the energy sector. He started shipping and distributing LPG in the Caribbean and Central America. Mr. Peterson has worked on numerous ship building projects in LPG and LNG along with their management. He started the largest independent bunkering company in the southern cone, was president of an E&P company for 5 years, traded crude oil, refined products and natural gas. Started the first natural gas marketing company in Argentina. He later moved into LNG on a worldwide basis. In LNG he has worked many projects including Atlantic LNG, EcoElectrica, Dabhol Power, Elba Island, Lake Charles just to name a few.   Extensive experience in business development working for several major energy companies including, Gulf Oil, Coastal Corporation, Enron, GDF Suez (Engie) and Itochu. This has taken him on leadership assignments all over the world as country manager, board member and/or Managing Director. While at Enron and Suez he successfully negotiated numerous Master Agreements and SPA’s with some of the largest LNG companies in the world. Before returning to the USA from Trinidad he was assigned to Mexico to start a gas marketing company, manage all natural gas supply for the LDC’s and work on the merger with Gaz de France. While in Trinidad he was Honorary Consul from Belgium.



Axel Reijmers

 


Leads investor relations, capital raising and ongoing communications with current and potential investors. Founding Partner of Grupo Accendo. Conceived management buyout of RBS Mexico (now Accendo Banco) and worked on every aspect of the transaction, including negotiations with RBS, fundraising, securing regulatory approvals and preparations for the start of operations. Currently Deputy General Director of Accendo Banco in charge of Investment Banking. Former Managing Director Corporate Finance at RBS and ABN AMRO in New York where for seven years he led RBS’ M&A execution efforts in the Americas. Held positions with ABN AMRO in Amsterdam and in Tokyo.



Michael (Mike)T. Spence


Mr. Spence has over 30 years of experience in the terminal and transportation sectors of various types of liquid and dry bulk products.  Managed assets for International Matex Tank Terminals and NuStar Energy before starting his own consulting firm, Hickory Hill Consulting, where he has worked closely and developed new markets for some of the largest chemical and petroleum companies.  He has developed, maintained and is a certified auditor for ISO9000 and ISO14000 programs.  Mr. Spence holds a B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. In his spare time, Mr. Spence serves on the Board of Directors for the Hanover Arts and Activities Center and is President of the Patrick Henry High School Booster Club. 



Thomas Finlon


Mr. Finlon has over 35 years of experience in trading, blending, and chartering of clean petroleum products in both the US and Europe. He has participated in the physical delivery of the five major petroleum contracts. He was Trading Manager for Savas Grain and Commodities in Rome and Moscow, at one time the second largest exporter of Distillate from the former Soviet Union.  Co-managed Bear Stearns’ blending operation in New York Harbor, primarily focused on acquisition of European Blending components. Prior to that he was the Refined Product Trading Manager for Petrogulf O&R Ltd in New York and Paris. Mr Finlon also managed the Energy Arbitrage Fund which focused on trading energy spreads. Graduated from Fordham University in New York.



Dr. Dexter Russell


Dr. Dexter Russell is a board certified licensed Naprapath and Clinical Nutritionist. Originally from Jamaica, Dr. Russell achieves his primary objective promoting a healthy way of life in harmony with nature. He considers himself a teacher who empowers others to heal themselves by addressing the causes of their disease and facilitating lifestyle changes when necessary. As he discovers what is possible locally, he is equally inspired to trail blaze change at a global level where it is needed most. Dr. Russell blends together a perfect balance of effective tools and gentleness, to bring enhancement, relief and balance to the body.

CEO of consultancy providing advisory services   US based corporations establishing operations in over 300 business points in Mexico such as PEPSICO, McDonalds, Soriano Group, and others. Regional Direction in the development and opening of new markets of financial services directed to credits hyportecarios for the Mexican and foreign market through resource of Bank of Mexico and international resources of J.P. Morgan Investment and Collateral International Bank. CEO, planning and management for the development of the scheme of import of energy to the country before the institutions of the CRE and CFE, developing markets in the commercial, industrial and governmental sector. Direction, planning and development of energy projects in municipal public lighting Systems. CEO, Company specialized in the development of models of commercialization of energies, from its structuring, development, generation of demand and sale. CEO, Company specialized in Natural Gas, (GNV) participating in market analysis of public transport and in the integration of business models involving supply, specialized equipment, legal, financial models, and demand generation.



Genaro Gomez


Mr. Gómez has broad experience in the construction industry, commodities space and energy sector and is the founder and owner of multiple companies involved in manufacturing construction materials like plywood and particleboard, trading and marketing of natural gas, refined products and electric power. This portfolio of businesses includes three (3) retail electricity providers in Texas with more than 15 years of continuous energy commodity sales into Mexico. He has twenty (20) years of extensive experience in physical and financial commodity trading ranging from lumber, coffee, oil, propane, butane, natural gas, gold, uranium, diesel, biodiesel, fuel oil and electricity. This also includes thirteen (13) years of successful natural gas trading relations with (Petróleos Mexicanos). Mr. Gómez provided strategic leadership and planning for key logistical and national security initiatives to include integrated security solutions for the country and persistent Situational Awareness capability for Mexico’s Proyecto Frontera Sur.
