With a pronounced slope topography, we aim to create platforms integrated into the land, which will generate interaction with the user. The intention is to overview open spaces to create a dialogue with the environment.

Terracota tones, local materials including woods and stones.
Landscape: Local plants like low cacti, palms and flowers like bugambilia.

Design process

The idea starts with a large main volume, which becomes the house. The area is designed with double heights and a sloping roof, which predominates in the building.

All areas overlook the social area, which is concibe as an extension of the main terrace.
